Lighthouse Cottage DOG FRIENDLY -Historic District

There is one private parking space provided with the Lighthouse Cottage, as well as two cruiser bikes, a propane grill, grilling accessories, a patio with two chairs, a cooler, and two beach chairs and umbrella ! All linens are provided. This is a NO smoker/smoking and rental. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! 1 well-behaved dog allowed - for a non-refundable pet fee.

Perfect place!

We loved this adorable house! It was within walking distance to downtown and restaurants. We loved that they had beach chairs, bikes and umbrellas, anything you needed was there!! Would absolutely stay again!!

Awesome place to stay

We loved this cozy cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Easy walk to town. it was quiet. Farmers Market across the street on Saturday. Will definitely be coming back!

Lighthouse cottage.

Great little spot. Two blocks away from Front street. Would definitely stay here again. Picked up some delicious softshell crabs and shrimp from Dardens seafood right next door.

Wonderful stay in a great location

We loved our stay at the Lighthouse Cottage. It was cozy, clean and near everything. There is a wonderful Farmers Market on Saturdays that’s directly across the street. We would definitely stay there again and some of our family members expressed interest in renting one of the other cottages as a family get together.

All you need, nothing you don’t. Property manager was crazy responsive. Had a small issue and it was resolved in minutes of asking. Would definitely rent it again.

This time it was quiet. No dogs barking thru the night and neighbors did not have a party this time. So we where able to get some sleep.

Enjoyed it but....

We enjoyed our stay however I thought it was a small house from the pictures. It's more like an apartment or small town home. Regardless we would like to stay again. It was so close to everything and the property was very clean.

Quiet and relaxing cottage getaway

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at 1 of the 4 cottages in this location. This stay was just as good as the first! We love that we can walk just a couple of blocks to the waterfront. The shopping is very nice, with some eclectic shoppes. And the selection of restaurants for dining allows us to choose something different for every meal. Our cottage was perfect size for the 2 of us and our furry friend. And you can't beat the price! We will be back!

Charm of Beaufort

The lighthouse cottage in Beaufort, NC was the perfect weekend get away for me & my boyfriend. It was only a few blocks from all the restaurants and shopping, so we walked most of the weekend. Saturdays there is a farmers market right across the street! The cottage was a perfect size for us and we loved sitting outside with our morning cup of coffee. Everything we needed was there even a hair dryer, which our last VRBO trip did not have.We took a ferry to Bird Shoals for some sun and virtually had the beach to ourselves and were even able to see wild houses on the ferry ride over. We just can't say enough about Beaufort and the Lighthouse Cottage, we will definitely be back.

Great stay

I loved the little cottage. I would be worried if I had a big truck or if I still had my Surburban and others had large vehicles. Parking could get tight. I loved the bikes. We walked to get coffee each morning. The area felt very safe. I would suggest putting a king size bed in the room. There is plenty of space. The kitchen didn’t have a skillet pan, but we made due. You could walk all downtown Beaufort with no problems. I would stay again and would suggest it to friends.

Nice little cottage/apartment. It’s an old house that I believe has been converted into apartment cottages. Spend time at Radio Island beach. Loved it. Had lunch at Clawson’s, very good food and service and dinner at Front Streets Stillwater’s seafood on the water. At dinner outside it was very nice and great food. Great shopping as well.

Great place to stay

Simply a great house to stay at while visiting Beaufort! A clean, cozy home that has everything a couple needs to be able to relax whether venturing into town or staying in. And the location can't be beat. Walking distance to town is great. Outdoor electric socket with enough space to charge a golf cart rental as well as park our car is a huge boon. Will absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the fresh eggs. Convenient to Asheville activities, restaurants and surrounding area. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to play outside for kids. Highly recommend
