Stacey’s place was the perfect location for our family to gather to celebrate Christmas close to our daughter’s home on Ladys Island. We appreciated the multiple bedrooms with attached private bathrooms for our group, and plenty of space for games and toys for a busy toddler. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing on a cool night.
Amazing property comfortable and clean. 100% Recomended. We will stay again on future. We stay there for military graduation purposes. Everyone enjoy the stay.
The property is secluded and beautiful! It is way better than the pictures show. I would suggest a picture of the hot tub and the grill, which were both great!
Thanks!
We had a great time. The house and property provided ample room and comfortable accommodation for our family of 6 adults and our 5 year old granddaughter. The screened pool was a big hit and terrific escape from the July heat. I would recommend highly for anyone visiting the Beaufort area.
Very nice hot tub right off side patio. we liked the arrangements of house with each bedroom having it's on bathroom. also the game room with pool; table was great. the family room area was nice for our family time together. also, it was nice to have a large space outside. other than a few maintanence issues, it was perfect.
We enjoyed having enough room for all 7 family members. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had some great family time after our Marine graduated! We were greeted daily by a black chicken on the porch which my dad enjoyed!

Nice but lacking
Had difficulty checking in because previous guests did not leave the keys and manager didn’t tell us they would leave a side door unlocked. The house was very nice and roomy however we booked this particular house over others because of the heated pool and hot tub however neither one worked. Probably would not stay in this house again unless it was summer. Owners were responsive but conditions did not change.
This was indeed a beautiful home that easily accomodated our 7 adult family members (as long as two were willing to sleep in bunk beds). Everything is up-to-date and well maintained. We had everything we needed, which is not always the case in home rentals. The location is good, especially if you want privacy and don't mind being a fairly short drive to the surrounding towns.
Our only issue was that the pool maintenance person somehow caused a leak in an outside hose line our first day that we reported to the host. It required significant communication with the host over our brief stay. There was also a leak in one of the upstairs bathroom toilets that required us to turn off the water there. Tim and Stacey were very pleasant, but we were frustrated by our inability to stop the leak after trying everything they suggested. And they were frustrated because they couldn't get anyone to come out on the weekend to fix the issues. While it did not create a situation causing us to leave, texting and calling back and forth did affect our overall enjoyment of the weekend. Hopefully that is not something that would affect other renters.
Nice hot tub, pool is nice but not heated so it was quite cold. Limited toiletries and no laundry or dishwasher soap. Owner was very responsive to requests. Overall, clean and nice location.
This home contributed greatly to our amazing time on the island. It was spacious for our group, but also had place for privacy if desired, as well. We enjoyed hearing and sometimes seeing the flight traffic! We didnt lack for anything! The hot tub was a personal favorite! Host was very communicative!
Had a great stay, something for everyone. Location is perfect. Would definitely recommend .
*Maintenance workers and neighbor showed up multiple times with out notice and that was a little off putting for us especially for our girls that were in the pool .
Our family had an amazing stay. Everything you could want or need was on this property. The house was very clean. Large enough for family and you were not on top of each other. Very quite. Would definitely stay again.
There was five of us ladies-Bethel Baptist Church of Filbert, Clover South Carolina and we absolutely loved the place, and spacious had a lot of amenities the pool was great hot tub & a pool table & the area that it is located is so close to everything we just had a blast thank you very much for renting it to us
Our family of 4 stayed a week for a family getaway. We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The house was large and had more than enough space. We especially loved our time in the gorgeous pool, playing in the game room and feeding the ducks. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked it again for next summer! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
The house was beautiful first and foremost. We loved the property and how ot is tucked in for privacy. We visited for our sons bootcamp graduation and unfortunately only were able to stay for 2 nights, but i do look forward to coming back become of how beautiful and serene it was. The house was clean and well taken care of, and my son loved the pool and the pool table. If you are looking for a place to stay this place will not disappoint!
Beautiful property with great amenities. Two families stayed and enjoyed the 4 bedrooms and plentiful couches. We relaxed many times by the pool and the hot tub as well. The only gripe would be to do a deep clean a little more often, including HVAC vents. Pool people were amazing and so helpful!
