RiverWatch is located in the Historic District of downtown Beaufort, SC. Suite B is a short walk-up second floor unit that's beautifully decorated with a coastal and beach theme. There are two (2) very comfortable bedrooms with the Master having a Sealy Posturepedic queen and the second bedroom having a double. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room with a thick coiled spring mattress. All linens are provided.
The full bath has a shower and tub combination. Your kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, dishwasher, medium refrigerator, full size microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee pot. There are also essentials for cooking and dining. A shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor as well and all detergents are provided.
This property is well equipped with free WI-Fi, and easy to use Roku offering multiple channels and unlimited movies, a 50" 4K Smart TV, Blue-ray DVD player and four DVDs movies, all filmed in Beaufort.

There are two bicycles per unit for your peddling pleasure as well as a Hunting Island Beach FREE access pass.
Directly in front of your entrance @ 701 Congress St. are two parking spaces, one each for Suite A & B. More parking is available behind the Cafe. There is one boat or RV parking spot on the corner of Congress & Scott St.

Beaufort Visit

This was a home away from home. 2 bedrooms, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable living room. 2 bikes are provided to ride to downtown or surrounding historic district-so many dining options. The free pass to the beach was well used. Looking forward to next trip there

Perfect little apartment close to downtown

This is our 2nd time staying and we enjoyed exploring Beaufort again! The apartment is so close to downtown, has all the amenities you need, great price and safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We loved the location. We could walk/bike to everything. The unit was perfect for our needs and would stay here again. The only thing I caution is the parking spot is extremely tight and if cars are already on either side, you may not fit in your assigned spot. Was happy for a parking spot and very happy for the free parking pass at Huntington Park. Thank you for a great stay.

Great time.

The rental was great. Everything was just as advertised. Having a cafe and bakery done below made it excellent. Easy walk to uptown. Will be staying again next spring!

Loved the Property!

This VRBO was everything it said it was! We stayed there for the Waterfestival and it was such an easy walk downtown and slept all five of us comfortably. Melissa was so helpful and will we would totally stay again if we ever need a place in Beaufort. Overall, a great stay and clean place.

Perfect for us

Great property! The location was perfect for the weekend moving our college student in. We could walk to dorms and loved the availability of extra parking since we had 2 vehicles the first night. Will for sure look to see if this place or their other one is available when we come to visit.

Nice stay

The location was very good. The bikes are rusty and in poor condition, but I was able to use them to explore downtown Beaufort from this location. Everything worked fine in the unit and we did not really hear any noise from the cafe or smoking lounge and we did not smell any smoke.

Great stay for MCRD Parris Island

We stayed here for our son's graduation from Parris Island. Everything was better than expected! Every clean, accommodations, and great communication. Just 12 minutes away from the base and very easy to get there with just 3 turns. Kitchen has everything you could need.

Cozy & Comfortable

This cozy apartment was very clean and comfortable, a real home away from home. It was conveniently located, walking distance to the main downtown area in Beaufort but far from noisy roads and events. It is located right above Magnolia Cafe which offers delicious options for breakfast and lunch. It’s spacious enough to sleep a family of 4 or 5 and has all the essentials to stay in and cook if desired. We will definitely keep it on our list for future visits.

Trip to visit my Marine daughter that is stationed there

This place was awesome! My daughter is stationed there and I went to visit. It was perfect we each had our own rooms, and having a stocked kitchen was huge for us. I was able to cook and only needed to get groceries and spices. We were able to do laundry which was awesome I didn't have to bring back dirty clothes and was able to get my daughters done as well so she didn't have to worry about it when she was back on base. We used the beach pass and loved it. Great stay, great location would definitely stay again.

Beaufort vacation

We came down for a quick visit and to show our friend from CO the low country. This was the perfect location! Not only was the place the perfect size and so accommodating, the location was exactly what we were looking for to explore and see all of the city. Walking distance around the historical district and to Bay St. couldn’t have been easier. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and enjoy what Beaufort has to offer. Melissa was so helpful to allow us a little extra time for our tour to end to exit the house that it made leaving and packing up less stressful. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay!

Round trip vacation

We stayed at this property for part of our round trip. We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the Hunting beach state park pass. The apartment has a feel of coming home to grandma and grandpa. We did have some problems with the included bicycles but it got resolved quickly by the owners. It has a great location. You can easily walk to the town center. Other stores and gas stations are located just 5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need. The only cons from our side were: it is located above a cafe, which gets early morning deliveries and it can quite noisy. The apartment could use some updates such as a new couch and bikes. Other than that we would definitely rent again.
