"Seamless check in - polite & v pleasant staff member on reception who gave us information & directions with regard to charging the car & places to eat as it was a Sunday night & not many places open. Excellent large room ideal for us travelling with our dog. Dog bowls & toy also provided in the room which was a nice touch along with a complimentary bottle of water & well stocked coffee & tea facilities. Good to have the green tea option too which is often missed. Room was comfortable - the only slight negativity was the air conditioning which did little to cool down the room but it was a minor thing. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but it was on offer. Would definitely stay here again. "

"My husband & I had an absolutely wonderful time at Le Clos des Anges ! Gael & Sofie were so welcoming and went over & above, especially when we had a minor health issue to ensure we found appropriate medical care.
They speak English quite well & we felt grateful as we were in their county speaking limited French.
The amenities were pristine, and Gael delivered a delicious French breakfast daily which we enjoyed in the gorgeous courtyard. Gael provided a website when checking in of local restaurants and activities. The restaurants were amazing and we went to Terrasses de Pommiers twice - it was excellent!!!
Our room was very very spacious, and the bathroom as well with double sinks & extensive counter space.
Very comfy king bed !
We had dinner delivered the last night via Gael’s resturant connections and it was hot & tasty.
The location in the heart of the vineyards was stunning,
yet easily accessible to many nearby villages and restaurants.
This is an extraordinary stay in Bagnols, and we plan to return again with family & friends as it is also perfect for groups !
