Our first room wasn’t fresh smelling- we went to front desk and were given another room immediately with a smile! Breakfast was a good treat! Felt safe and comfortable on property!

I asked the service individual to (after we checked out) to wipe down the inside of the bathroom door. It was very dirty, also was the lamps and shades. I reported to the front desk that there was no hot water in the sink. overall the room and bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. the room cleanliness was only adequate.
