Nice budget option.

I liked the layout of the room. For example, you have a table when you walk in the door. The bathroom with a large door off to your right. The kitchenette is a great bonus. I used it to store and reheat some leftovers. The beds feel like memory foam. I found those nice. I sent a message to inform the property about my late arrival and I checked in with no issues. The bathroom was a bit rough, but perfectly functional.

The room itself was great. I did not like they did not monitor some of the activities of people just hanging around. They did not address it at all. Otherwise the cleanliness and staff were excellent and very polite.

The first room given the door didn't work and I was questioned like I didn't understand how a room key works. The door key to the second room also didn't work and again questioned if I knew how to operate the keypad. It required them to use a handheld machine to get into the room and was told someone would be by to fix it. I left for several hours and came back to the same inoperable door except the new person behind the counter made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. He asked if I would be leaving again and if so, he would have me switch to another room. I told him I didn't want to move rooms so I would just stay put and not leave. Floor was super sticky and a/c barely kept the room manageable. Not an ideal location to enter, forces you on a shady back road in order to get to the frontage road. Bottom line- stay anywhere else.

Front desk clerk was not friendly, the parking lot had litter scattered. Floor was dirty, kitchen had some crumbs, bathroom floor was dirty and the shower head had rust and dust. There was a cigarette hole in one of thr blankets and we were in a non smoking room. Located in a kinda sketchy area.
