Among the chestnut, the cottage (former "Clède" chestnut drying) is sunny (South) from 10am in the morning. The shadow of the wooded garden will protect you from the heat in the day having the opportunity to swim in the river or enjoy the silence around the house wherever you wish. Nearby, at the end of the road, start loop in family hiking trails.

Herrliche Natur! Die La Beaume ist zum Baden mit Kindern perfekt. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Nur die Mücken waren nervig - unbedingt Bite-away und Moskitonetz mitnehmen!

Un petit coin de paradis qu'il faut mériter ...

Le gîte correspond tout à fait à la description faite sur l'annonce. Endroit très calme au milieu de la nature ardéchoise. Les hôtes sont accueillants et même s'ils restent discrets, sont aux petits soins avec les estivants. La région est splendide et regorge de merveilles. Seul bémol pour certains (surtout moi !) : les 3,2 km de montée sur un chemin étroit et sinueux mais heureusement il y a peu de circulation et les gens du coin s'arrangent toujours pour laisser passer les vacanciers peu habitués à ce genre de conduite... (ce qui explique mon titre : une fois arrivé au gîte, on a bien mérité ce coin de paradis). Un grand merci à Suzanne et Henri.

Lovely stay on quiet hill in the chestnut woods

We had a lovely stay in this cottage on the hill, from which we took walks in the beautiful surroundings. Along the paths we smelled rosemary, lavender and thyme. Wild cherries, prunes and mulberry. Chestnut trees. Plus the dog of the neighbors is a great playmate.

Au pays des châtaignes

Très belle région, belles balades, accessibles aux personnes peu entrainées. Le logement est un peu loin de l'alimentation il faut donc prévoir.. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. Dommage que la vus soit bouchés par de grands arbres, on voit pas la montagne du logement.

Location conforme aux photos idéalement située au calme pour apprécier les beaux paysages de l Ardèche Mr et Madame Blanc sont des personnages qui méritent d être connus tant leur vie est passionnante c est un plaisir de les écouter c est un couple adorable "mignon" charmant très accueillant a l ecoute de ses locataires merci Tres bon sejour

Le calme !

Gîte au calme, hôtes charmants, la route est un peu compliquée pour les gens qui n’ont pas l’habitude, mais c’est le charme de l’Ardèche. Il y a des coins de baignades à découvrir pas loin avec pas trop de monde.

Agréable séjour en Ardèche

Suzanne et Henri sont des hôtes chaleureux et très accueillants. Environnement très agréable. Fraîcheur de la maison et du jardin appréciables l'été. La rivière, à proximité (4 km) offre divers lieux de baignade très agréables. Idéal pour une semaine au Vert. Attention, l'isolement du logement rend la voiture indispensable.

Une belle découverte

Une belle découverte à l'arrivée après 3 km de virages sur une piste à une voie.Néanmoins, La Clède est une bonne base pour de nombreuses excursions, pour se détendre ensuite en toute tranquillité.Les propriétaires eux-mêmes étaient en vacances, nous ne les avons donc pas rencontrés.Le gîte est équipé pour 4 personnes, mais heureusement nous n'étions que deux car le sous-sol est une pièce très moisie et il n'y a qu'une seule chaise longue.En raison de vieux arbres qui rendent la terrasse et les chaises collantes et qui ombragent toute la terrasse, nous ne pouvions jamais nous asseoir dehors.La pelouse sur la photo était également décevante.Plus haut nous avons trouvé une place au soleil dans la chaise de nos amis voisins.Ils ont séjourné dans Gîte La Terrasse, qui ne jouxtait pas le nôtre car la maison des propriétaires est entre les deux, construction de maisons étrange, mais OK.Cuisine, douche, toilette chambre à lit double étaient certainement en ordre, à l'exception du four qui est tombé en panne.Nous n'avons pas trouvé de machine à laver.Maison fraîche et agréable qui, selon nos normes, devrait être un peu mieux nettoyée.Il faisait beau pour se promener mais les journées étaient très courtes en raison des violents orages de l'après-midi.Un jour de pluie, nous avons utilisé le sauna (payant) du B&B à côté.Nous avons passé de belles vacances sur toute la ligne dans une belle région!Merci à Henri et Suzanne pour la mise à disposition de leur domaine.

Une vraie parenthèse bienfaitrice

Partis pour des vacances au vert nous avons apprécié le cadre naturel et préservé de la région. Le gîte est bien équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien lors de notre séjour composés de 3 adultes. Le cadre est authentique et enchanteur loin de la modernité stressante. A signaler que les chambres ne sont pas fermées , l’une est en mezzanine de l’autre. Mais cela n’a pas été dérangeant pour nous . Tout est pittoresque. Nous avons vraiment aimé le lieu , l’accueil d’Henry au téléphone, les attentions particulières portées à ses résidents heureux d’avoir trouvés un havre de paix . Je recommande vivement cette location pour une vraie bulle d’air sereine et sportive, Les randonnées à faire sont vraiment géniales.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos quelques jours de vacances entre copines dans ce gîte. La maisonnette est jolie et bien tenue, la nature autour est époustouflante! Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil tout en finesse et gentillesse de Henri et Suzanne (et leurs livres de cuisine)! On reviendrait avec plaisir! Marina et Maëva

Paysages magnifiques….

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires ont su se faire discrets tout en restant très disponibles. Un coin très calme au milieu de la nature. De belles baignades dans la Beaume toute proche. De très beaux souvenirs pour nous , mais aussi pour notre petite fille qui a réellement apprécié le séjour.
