The staff was great! The hotel was very clean and had clearly had some recent updates/maintenance. My room was very quiet as well. There were some aspects, like some painting, that could have used maintenance. And I couldn't figure out how to get hot water in the shower (but I didn't bother asking). Very run down. Sign on the front door that says no shopping carts inside. If it wasnt nonrefundable i would have walked out. The rooms themselves were slightly better than the rest of the hotel. Decent bed and the room seemed clean but i didnt want to go digging honestly.
