  • This magnificent property was built in 1972 by one of the 20th-century architects of the city of Beaune, on the foundations of a former convent. Its superb and exquisite interior decoration, its wooded grounds, its private access to the forest, its swimming pool (14x7), its tennis court, its recently built pétanque court (12x6), and its breathtaking view of the vineyards and the town of Beaune all contribute to its charm and authenticity. With a total floor area of 450 m², comprising a 70 m² living-dining room with a fireplace, another 100 m² living room with a fireplace and a French billiards table, 6 very spacious bedrooms, and a one-hectare park, make it the perfect place for a fabulous holiday with family or friends.

Family holiday overseas

We had a large group and the accommodation was perfect. The facilities and bedrooms gave us flexibility with sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed the location, close enough to Beaune for daily excursions and we would recommend having some form of transport for the group. An amazing entertainment area surrounding the pool, which was very clean and warm. We thoroughly recommend this house and area.

Family friendly

The historic home gave everyone their own space and plenty of activities. With loads of character and modern convenience we had everything we needed for a great summer holiday. With the weather being warm the pool was a welcome relief and had naturally warmed up to 23. The location was very central in burgundy and we had some great day trips. Highly recommended.

This was a superb property. It was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed making use of the pool, tennis courts and petanque area. The property allowed us to also host a big family get together which was fantasic. I would highly reccomend this property.

Temps magnifique qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum de la piscine, du tennis et du grand jardin. Description conforme à la réalité sur le site d'Abritel : immense maison au charme un peu désuet avec 6 chambres pour 16 personnes maxi (dont 2 chambres de 4 personnes), plusieurs sdb mais seulement 2 wc. Cuisine moderne et bien équipée. Mention Très Bien pour l'accueil de Corinne qui est très pro et a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit top ! Encore merci !Famille Demarcq, 23 au 25 mai 2026

Super week-end dans un cadre remarquable. Calme et tranquillité assurés. Très bon accueil des propriétaires ou de leurs représentants avec souplesse sur les horaires. Concernant le logement : dans son jus, certes, mais confortable par la cuisine équipée très récente, deux grandes pièces de jour, une très bonne literie dans des chambres d’une dimension appréciable. Les extérieurs sont très agréables pour une réunion de famille: grande tablée, piscine, tennis, pétanque! Cuisine bien équipée et grands frigos. La maison aurait besoin de rénovation, c‘est dommage que son état se dégrade (fuites d‘eau visibles sur les murs, fenêtres qu‘on n’ose plus trop ouvrir). Maison à recommander pour un grand groupe qui veut passer un bon moment ensemble. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié!

Anniversaire surprise

Une jolie maison accueillante avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer de beaux moments de détente. Nous étions 16 pour un anniversaire surprise. Il y a tout ce qu il faut, les chambres et salle de bain très correctes, les lits très confortables. Le cadre est calme et apaisant. Le terrain de pétanque est un vrai plus. Corinne a été très accueillante, disponible et souriante.

Regroupement familial pour Noël

8 jeunes leur 8 parents et grand père, de 15 à 83 ans, vivant en France, Suisse Espagne et Angleterre se retrouvent pour 2 jours à Noël. Maison familiale, spacieuse, confortable et accueillante. Vue panoramique : Beaune et même le mont blanc ! Tous ont beaucoup apprécié !

Belle villa à rénover d’urgence

Le beau temps nous a permis de passer un bon séjour Mais la maison souffre de son manque d’entretien . Les alarmes de la piscine non opérationnelles nous ont fort stressé vu la présence de trois enfants en bas âge .

superbe maison dans un emplacement de rêve : une vue superbe et la nature dès la porte franchie. Tout le confort à l'intérieur. Pour l'extérieur dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée. Mais reste un séjour familial à 14 que personne n'oubliera
