This house is ideal for two or three couples with children: accommodates 8/9 guests, up to 6 adults.



A charming, 150-year-old stone house, it offers comfort with a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet, hi-fi system, and CD/vinyl players. The attic is converted into a cabin-style dormitory for children, featuring a play and rest area, with 6 mattresses directly on the floor (low ceiling, sloped roof).



Furnished with restored vintage pieces, this is a rustic country home.



There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x200 cm and 160x200 cm), plus a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room for adults. The attic is set up for children and teens with 6 floor mattresses (arrangeable as needed) and a play/reading nook with games and books. A mobile air conditioner is provided in the attic. The attic is not suitable for adults due to the low ceiling.



On the ground floor: bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet; upstairs: shower room with toilet.



Enjoy a sunny, private 900 m² garden, fully fenced and gated. South-facing heated pool (11x4 m) with secure electric cover. The pool is open and heated from late April to late October (dates may vary with weather). Pool temperature depends on the weather, even when heated.
