Renovated Breton farmhouse, sleeps 12 in Ploubalay

Large and charming house, unique in both its furnishings and decoration, with a view of the countryside. Approximately 200m² of living space on a 750m² plot, it is ideal for family or friends' vacations. It features six bedrooms, including a master suite.

Bed linens are provided free of charge for stays of one week or more. For stays shorter than a week, please request them from us.

Close to shops (Carrefour Market, bakery, etc.). It is located 5 km from the beaches of Lancieux (and its golf course) and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, 7 km from Saint-Briac, 15 minutes from Dinard, and 20 minutes from Saint-Malo.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor features a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, perfect for social moments. This bright living area is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The living room adjoins a small vestibule that leads to a separate toilet and offers direct access to the outside, towards the back of the garden.

The fully equipped open kitchen includes a dining area with a large extendable table to comfortably accommodate all your guests. It has everything you need for cooking: refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dishes, and two coffee makers, a Senseo and a filter coffee machine, for coffee lovers. Between the kitchen and the master suite, the laundry/pantry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, juicer, Soda Stream, Dyson vacuum cleaner, Tineco, and other appliances to ensure optimal comfort.

The master suite consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, an adjoining room with a sofa and a large wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a toilet. It has a large French door that provides direct access to the front of the garden.

The ground floor is fully equipped with electric shutters for your comfort and security.

First Floor:

Upstairs, you’ll find five comfortable bedrooms: two rooms with two single beds each and three rooms with queen-size beds. The rooms are equipped with small blinds or curtains. Two modern and spacious bathrooms are at your disposal, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower. There are two separate toilets upstairs, one of which has a sink. A convenient closet contains a travel crib for the little ones.

Outdoor Spaces:

Enjoy a large fenced garden, ideal for relaxing or letting the children play safely. A large garden set and a barbecue are available for memorable outdoor meals. Explore the surroundings with the bicycles available in the garage.

Location:

Ideally located in Ploubalay, this longère benefits from a prime location close to local shops, including a bakery and a Carrefour Market. You are also just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of Lancieux and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, perfect for swimming and water activities.

Explore the rich Breton heritage with a visit to Dinan, a charming medieval town, or enjoy the elegant seaside resorts of Dinard and Saint-Malo, famous for their beaches and architecture. These three iconic towns of the Emerald Coast are all within a 20-minute drive. The area also offers numerous hiking and biking trails for nature lovers, including the GR34, known as the "Sentier des douaniers," which passes through Ploubalay and follows the coastline, offering stunning views of the bay.

The entire property is available to guests, except for a section of the large wardrobe in the master suite where personal belongings are stored.

Week-end en famille

Merci pour cet agréable séjour malgré une météo peu faborable. Nous avons pu passer un bon séjour en famille et profiter de la maison, de la mer et de la cité corsaire ! Cette maison est très bien équipée pour une famille nombreuse (petite plus pour les vélos et la petite attention a l'arrivée). Nous sommes repartis avec plusieurs pots de caramels ! Merci de nous avoir confier cette jolie maison pour le week-end et bonne continuation.
