Cocoonr offers you this charming 215 m² south-facing house to rent in Beaussais-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is made up as follows

Ground floor:
- A separate entrance hall with numerous cupboards
- A 35 m² dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), fitted wardrobes and connected TV
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and storage space
- Separate WC
- Laundry room with drying rack, washing machine, ironing board and iron, and storage space

First floor:
- A bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasin and storage space
- Bedroom 2: a master suite with king-size bed (180×200), dressing room and direct access to the bathroom
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobe, direct access to the terrace
- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobe
- Separate WC
- A 27 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture (4 garden armchairs and a small coffee table), accessible from the hallway.

Second floor:
- A lounge with a connected TV, two 3-seater sofas, armchairs and a bookcase
- A bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 5: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds (90×200), wardrobe and toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby cot, plancha.

Outside:
- A beautiful 400 m² enclosed and private garden to make the most of the fine weather
- A north-facing ground-floor terrace of around 15 m² with furniture (a table and six chairs)

The house is ideally located in Beaussais-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Accrobranche at the entrance to the town
- 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Lancieux and its water sports schools (sand yachting, kitesurfing, sailing), mini-golf + golf (and about 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by bike)
- A 10-minute drive from Dinard, with its casino, beaches, restaurants, bowling alley and cinema.
- 15 minutes by car from Saint-Malo (Grand Aquarium, Intra-Muros, beaches, go-karting) + Condor Ferry departure for the islands of Jersey and Guernsey.
- 15 minutes by car from the medieval town of Dinan
- 30 minutes from Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte, Bourbansais Zoo
- 50 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one space). Free parking is also available nearby.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo, about 20 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Dinard, about 10 minutes by car
