Private 2 bedroom Cabin with Large Covered Deck

Welcome to Lynn's Retreat, our country cabin where you can relax and get away from it all. Sit on our large covered deck and watch nature at her best. It's possible to see deer, turkey, fox and our resident ground hog. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with twin beds. The view is incredible from the loft and the front deck. Cozy up to the gas fireplace or the outdoor fire pit. No need to wash dishes as there is a dishwasher, also a full size stove with oven, and a small refrigerator. You can wash your clothes before going home in the washer/dryer unit. We recently installed central heat and air, also.
Just bring yourself, personal items, your favorite movies, books and/or music and sit back and enjoy. Towels, bed sheets, trash bags, all cooking utensils are provided. We are located within a 30 minute drive from five different lakes for fishing. You can also visit our local Amish Store and Bakery. Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.

Peaceful solitude

Great cabin! Driveway is too narrow for a full size truck. But its very clean, quiet, & peaceful without wifi. We didnt mind a bit. Beds comfortable, they supplied us with all the comfort we needed. Highly recommend!

What an absolute wonderful little cabin! Everything was great. The hosts have thought of everything! Only problem was the driveway, but there had been a lot of rain in the area so extra holes are not anyone’s fault. Stayed for a volleyball tournament and will definitely be back again!!

FANTASTIC GEM

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of amenities, from towels, bathroom items, kitchen items, blankets, sheets, coffee, tea, etc. much appreciated. We were down for the weekend to watch the RNSC horse competition. Location was perfect. Hope to be back again. Thank you so much for making us feel like we were at home.

Perfect place to unplug

We decided we needed a few days to rest and unplug from the world. We brought our favorite books and board games, though there were plenty on site as well, and enjoyed meals cooked on the grill. Exactly what we were hoping for.

Everything was excellent with the exception of one item. The rug in the downstairs bedroom slides easily under your feet. This could be dangerous for an older person

Charming

This cabin is a gem. Extremely clean. Supplied with wood and charcoal for the grill. Bottled water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate…, It was approximately an hour from Hocking Hills state park which is the reason for the trip. However, we did not mind the drive. Within 15 minutes of arriving on our first night, we saw a whitetail deer. The only sounds we heard were from nature. Very quiet and peaceful. We would come again!

Lovely and Private!

I reserved this lovely stay for Eric Roberts, Eric was cast as a leading role in a film I produced at Dogwood Pass from Aug4 to the 13th. Eric absolutely adored staying here and talked about coming back to the area and wanting to stay here again with his wife. He really loved the seclusion and the fact that he was unreachable to the outside world due to not having wifi and the service being spotty. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and the next time I'm in the area I will look into staying here. Pat was super accommodating with allowing me to drop items of Eric's off early that came with his rider and then allowing him to leave items so that he could have them in a few days when he returned. Everything about the transaction was fantastic! Thank you so very much for making this stay fantastic and easy! Ruby
