"wonderful property. responsive hosts. loved the lake access. spacious and well-stocked. loved the game room - although it did not register that the game room with the two sofa beds counted as the 4th bedroom. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Spectacular house, great location. House is immaculately clean and maintained and is well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. Your beautiful, private beach is only a short walk away. We had a great time kayaking with our grandson. Scott and Heidi are easy to contact. Looking forward to a return trip."

"Alex's place looks excellent in the listing, but it still blew our expectations out of the water, it's just larger in person. The spacious living room with four enormous glass windows made for a fantastic hang-out spot with beautiful views of the lake all times of day. The highlight is the sandy beach, which is soft under your feet and stays shallow for 100' so our group could play frisbee and throw balls in the water. Close proximity to Braun Bay Sandbar was a selling point but we ended up enjoying the sand at home more and spending most time there. The many AC units and hot tub were fantastic as well."

"We had a delightful stay at the Sutton house the owner was so sweet and hospitable. The breakfast served were the best we have had! The tokes were clean cozy an comfortable and private. It was quiet even with a house full. We will be returning. Thank you the Fletcher’s"

"We had a wonderful family gathering at this property. It truly is a family home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and an absolutely stunning view. It was quite hot while we were there, so bring plenty of fans, but the evenings are cool and lovely. We will be back for sure."

"Lovely cottage with 3 good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. AC in open plan living room and kitchen/diner, plus master bdrm. 2 fans in each of the other bedrooms.Lovely screened in porch to watch lake "traffic" go by. Fun lily pad and floating dock. Boated to Weirs Beach and downtown Meredith for groceries and lunch. Very responsive hosts. We had trouble with a Keurig while there and they delivered a brand new system to the island within a few hours! Very dog friendly too. Our guy kept emptying out all the toys all week. Bowls, bed were available. Great stay!"

"The host was amazing and the property was nice. A little bit of a walk to the lake but you can also park at the lake as well if you have elderly that may not be able to walk as well anymore..but over all not a far walk and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Short drive to mills falls and surfside burger which I recommend. Fun family week at a great price to be close to the lake and be able to swim."
