"We stayed in bear cabin and loved it! Beautiful property and the hot tub was convenient to our cabin. The owner was great to work with and very friendly. "
"We have drove by this establishment several times during our stays in Estes Park. Great location as you’re only about 2 miles or so from the RMNP entrance. Quiet and pleasant comes to mind, would recommend you consider staying at Boulder Brook. "
"The building was small but nice. Had almost everything that you would need. Only real complaints is that you only had 1 outlet per room, except the living room. The stove is electric but heated fast. Have a propane grill to cook with also. "
"Sunnyside Knoll is an older property so I felt as if I had stepped back in time. The back window had a view of rocks and trees so I didn't even have to go outside to be reminded that I was in the forest. The bathroom has been updated and the unit (half of a duplex) was very clean and comfortable. Towels were large and fluffy. Though this unit is close to the highway, there was no road noise. I would definitely stay there again."
"Great location close to the National Park entrance. Cabin was stocked well with what you need for a stay. It was small & quaint. A bit old & weathered but still comfortable. Is not air conditioned but the weather was great so not really an issue during this season. My only complaint was the neighbors who checked in two days before we left and smoked pot on their front porch all day long making it uncomfortable to be outside and enjoy the view & the deck. "

"Overall the stay was very pleasant. We did see several small spiders throughout the stay, and the bed sheets needed to be washed before we could sleep on them. It is very clear on the listing description that the house does not have A/C, however, the house got very warm (early September stay) and had a hard time cooling down in the evenings compared to other properties we have stayed at with no A/C in the same area. Property was very conveniently located"
"Great place ! Great room with a fireplace and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. When you message them they answer immediately…I will be back ! "
