A lock up undercover garage for one car with room out the front for 2 additional cars. On the main level is the kitchen, dining room and main living area. Up one level are two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. The master ensuite has a steam shower. On the lower level, there are two further bedrooms with a share bathroom. There is also a second living area, ideal for kids getaway as there is a second TV with Sony playstations and loads of games. On this level there is a large drying room with laundry, washing machine and dryer.

Ski Access: ski directly to your back door from Woodcutter run. To get to the run, it is a 20 metre walk either out the back door or from the front door. There is ski storage at both back door and front door.

Summer Access: Fly screens on windows, garage for bike storage, amazing view, balcony upstairs to relax whilst absorbing the views and sipping on a glass of wine. There is also a BBQ for use on the balcony off the dining room.

The house was terrific with four spacious bedrooms and two separate living areas. The views from the hot tub were incredible and watching the sunset whilst relaxing after a hard day of skiing was unbeatable. The ski run is just outside the back door, pop your skis on and off you go! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property and there were plenty of games for the kids!
