"The cabin was really relaxing and quite. Had more kitchen stuff then other properties I have stayed at. Somethings that need to be noted is the mirrors in the bathrooms need to be lowered. They are to tall for short people. Add a dresser to the bedrooms. Nothing in kitchen to scrub dishes with. Timer knob on gas in new outdoor grill area was rounded out, replace knob. Those are minor issues, nothing that would keep me from staying at this property"

"Overall, it was a nice stay, we stayed total of 5 days, the only major complaint is highway noise and length of distance for an accidental roaming child or pet, not safe for that at all. The cabin itself is very nice and hosts were easy to communicate with and prompt. It has been 10 years since we visited Hochatown and it has really grown. Lots to see and do! However, we just wanted peace and quiet."

"The Tall Oak Cabin was in a great location with just enough seclusion from the main road. We enjoyed our stay especially with the use of the hot tub and fire pit. The only problem we had with the cabin is the lack of essential items such as salt and pepper (there was only one pepper shaker), no ice machine/ice tray, and the cabin has a guest book, but no pen on property to write about our experience. We also appreciated the small cleaning duties."

"We loved the location of the cabin near Beaver's Bend State Park. The property was really beautiful with lots of trees near the creek. The layout of the cabin was great with the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We were there right after Christmas, so we enjoyed making S'mores by the firepit. The wrap-around porch was very nice. The only issue with the place was that the dishwasher was stained/dirty and had a smell, so we just washed our dishes by hand."
