"Check in was awful. No one available. Had to call 4 times before someone came. There was a distinct smell in the third floor corridor. There needs to be more room between bed and wall. And the lack of hand towels is displeasing. And tacky. "

"The hotel was really neat in ways. The elevator was cool, the pool was impossible to use because it’s small. They don’t offer an adult swim only and I wasn’t able to swim once. The breakfast was nothing special same as a best western in my opinion. The happy hour drinks were good! Rooms weren’t clean all of our stay because they were short staffed so the room didn’t get serviced 2 nights, the one night is was serviced they did absolute bare minimum due to staffing also. And honestly the room was really gross I probably won’t be back. "

"Check‑in was smooth and handled entirely through email. The place itself was a beautiful stay, newly remodeled, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. It had all the essentials plus some thoughtful extras in the kitchen. I’d definitely book again. Thanks."
