Apartment “IVIL” of 82m2 in situated on the 5th floor of a new, modern building in the heart of Bečići, 5 min drive from Budva. It is located in a quiet area, yet just a few minutes’ walk from local attractions and shops (a small convenience store is right next to the building).

It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and an open kitchen.
The interior is modernly furnished, featuring a spacious living room with a large sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy a balcony with sea and mountain view, as well as comfortable king-size beds that ensure a restful sleep. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, guaranteeing maximum privacy.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and electric blinds.

Within the building, you have also free access to an outdoor pool, sauna and a small gym.
