"Debi was a wonderful host and has done a great job making the apartment very comfortable and attractive. The apartment is located above shops on the downtown street of Boonville. Guests enter the porch and stairs from behind the building and parking is never a problem because there is a reserved spot right by the porch. It is so convenient. Of course the shops, restaurants and the river are all an easy walk from the apartment."

"Bedroom was clean but had multiple spiders in it. Bed had black stains and signs of bedbugs. Shower worked but shower head was messing screws and was barely attached to the well. Towel rack came off the wall by me just picking the towel off of it. Inside pool was closed and couldn’t use it at all. Check in time came and our room wasn’t ready for 3 hours after check in due to washing machine break so no towels, blankets, or sheets. Staff wouldn’t even discount the room or anything. 1/5 start, don’t recommend. We actually got stuck paying for this hotel but we also left and stayed at a different hotel. Worst experience I’ve her had at a hotel."

"The Katy Kottage was perfect for our family and the owners were outstanding at communicating with us. We had everything we needed to host a great family weekend for a very special event. We would gladly stay at the Katy Kottage again!"

"Loved the Fredrick! Historic hotel along the Katy Trail. Room was large with nice extra seating. Bed was very comfortable. Note that there was no shower, just the spa tub. "

"The place was perfect. Such a cute and cozy studio. Loved how it was just down the street from the pizza place, a block away from the coffee shop and right next door to the breakfast spot. So convenient. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi password didn't work but we weren't there long so it wasn't a huge deal."
