We really enjoyed our stay. Great location close to downtown Fayetteville and the New River Gorge National Park. Bobbi was a fantastic host! We will be back!
Our host was wonderful! The kitchen essentials that were provided were fantastic. The house was very cozy! It was perfect for what we needed. We had a great time visiting the area. The little town of Fayetteville had some cute little shops. The massive willow tree in the back was incredible and is between 120-200 years old.
Bobbi was an amazing host. She checked in with us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house was the perfect size for my family and was in a great location. We were close to the park and some great shopping. We enjoyed our stay!
The property was perfect for us! The furniture was comfortable, it was very clean and had everything you could need for stay. The owner was amazing - checking in with us before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.
Had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay here at this property. It was well appointed and equipped and had everything we needed. I would most definitely stay here again in the future.
Nice house with all the amenities you could ask for!
The host Bobbi was so friendly and helpful with great suggestions to eat and hike. Very close to downtown Fayetteville, a neat little town and a good location to explore New River Gorge National Park.
Nice little place close to everything. Comfortable bed and lovely porch. We didn’t need anything but owner checked in with us to make sure everything was good.
We had an amazing stay. The property was very clean and well appointed with amenities! Bobbi was very hospitable and timely with all communication. The location of the property was great, so close to downtown Fayetteville /New River Gorge and other area attractions. The neighborhood is fair, but we definitely felt safe!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our young goldendoodle. The house was clean, thoughtfully equipped and pleasant for a long weekend stay in Fayetteville WV. We enjoyed dinner on the back deck, coffee on the covered front porch , an afternoon on the yard swing and an evening around the fire pit.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Owner is very nice, and was readily available for any questions we had. Close to skiing, white water rafting, and plenty of hiking. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you.
Wonderful Fayetteville and New River Gorge NP trip
This wonderful home was our base for exploring the New New River Gorge National Park. Home is decorated for region! Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Fire pit to enjoy the evenings. Good local farm and craft market in Fayetteville. Will definitely return.
Nice and practical place centrally located for the National Park and rafting activities we planned. Also a good location for access to restaurants, grocery and other stores. Only downside: only the one bathroom which was good enough for two but more than that might lead to a challenge.
For a similar trip I would go back. The property is very pleasant inside and out.
Bobbi was great about checking on us . The home was very clean . She provided us with a lot of snacks, . Even shampoo and toothpaste! Bobbi went above and beyond .
This home was wonderful! Very clean and well-stocked, it was a great home-away-from-home, and Bobbi was fantastic, very attentive and easy to communicate with. Huge fenced-in yard for dogs. (There were a couple of places where a small dog might find their way out of the yard). This home is also conveniently located to many of the activities in the New River Gorge area. Highly highly recommended!
The house was clean. All appliances in good working order. Check in was easy. Owner easy to communicate with. She even checked in with me to make sure I got home okay. She was great to work with. Will stay there again, if I am in the New River Gorge are. Located close to attractions and out door events.
Bobbi was an awesome host. House was clean, snacks were provided and it was close to everything. NRG area had some wonderful hikes - not very long or strenuous but great views of the gorge and bridge. Two local breweries within a mile or two of the house. Fayetteville restaurants were very good - Pies & Pints, Secret Sandwich Society and others. Recommend the Mountain Surf Paddle Sports for a cool paddleboard outing at Kanawha Falls. Overall perfect weekend getaway from Boobi's place to the entire area. Will definitely come back.
Very nice little house, clean & cozy. Jack-n-Jill bathroom would be best used by a family group rather than friends sharing the house, but it was just the 2 of us, so it was no problem. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the fire pit or outdoor space (it was cold & a little rainy), but there was plenty of firewood if we had wanted to use it!
We stayed here for the weekend to go whitewater rafting on the New River. Location was perfect! Less than ten minutes away and very close to the cute downtown area. Bobbi was an extremely gracious host and provided everything you might need, including toiletries, snacks and bottles of water. The yard was so pretty with a beautiful weeping willow tree and fire pit which we enjoyed in the evenings. Bobbi was extremely responsive through the entire process. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go rafting!
Great communication with the owner, Bobbi. Had everything needed, so much so my wife thought this must be someone’s full time home.
Large yard for our dog and we used the fire pit both nights.
Not an issue for us (married couple) but if the other bedrooms are used, there’s only one Jack and Jill bathroom. Again, fine for a couple or a small family but probably not get for larger groups in spite of the 3 bedrooms)
Recommend for small groups.
Very nice house. Clean. Well supplied kitchen although very small. Lots of towels and supplies including Keurig coffee and snacks and some spices and random food items. Wifi and cable with the tvs. AC and ceiling fans work well. Nice deck with grill and covered porch. Big yard with fence for dog and fire pit. Driveway entry a little tight. Easy drive to downtown Fayetteville and national park. Great place!
