Hotel is being renovated. It’s old inside. Bathroom had mold around shower. Bed is hard. It was noisy. Had I known I would have picked a different hotel. This was a special occasion.

Also this location advertised Starbucks located in the hotel and we were told we only had a list of about 6 items to eat and no Starbucks products were available. In addition no breakfast until 7pm. The hotel looked brand new or completely renovated. The rooms were terrific, as well as the beds. It's pricey, with our room costing over $300 for a one-night stay. It does seem to be in the same price range as the other chain hotels in Beckley. A very nice property.

Easy check in and checkout. Facility was clean. Very quiet. Amenities were exactly as listed. Restaurant within walking distance. We stayed one night only as this was a pit stop for our return trip home.

This is my go-to hotel when I’m in town, but I was less than pleased with the accommodations. There were renovations happening which was not posted on the website. My shower look like it had not been cleaned. I was given the wrong room and had to go back to the front desk to be assigned to the right room. The couch and foot stole were stained and dirty. The Starbucks machine was broken. I can say the waitress at the bistro was phenomenal! I was extremely disappointed with Marriott because it’s always too-notch, but not so much this time, especially for the price I paid.

The property was excellent in most areas. However, very disappointing that not even a continental breakfast was available. Only option is to purchase separately. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t at least offer a yogurt! Especially with the price.
