Great location and great space in Fayetteville

Close to everything you could want in Fayetteville. Close to the New River Gorge and walking distance to great restaurants, coffe shops, and outfitters. Great warm and cozy space in the heart of it all! Would definitely recommend!

A great stay!

We had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had tons of space! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were about 5 minutes from our rafting guides which was perfect. We’d love to stay again in the future.

Charming cottage close to everything

Great base for exploring the New River Gorge. Close to the best hiking spots and easy walking distance to all restaurants in Fayetteville. Nice cozy place to return to after a long day of exploring.

Great Place, Great Host!

Cozy Cottage was a perfect weekend getaway! My family and I loved hiking the New River Gorge. Cozy Cottage was such a great location within walking distance from shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Our host was incredibly helpful with everything and went above and beyond. We would definitely highly recommend!

Amazing!!

Had an amazing two night stay here. The place is very clean, spacious, and Wendy is an incredibly kind host. We were even left a Bluetooth speaker and some books to use during our stay (they even extended an offer to keep a book if we were reading something we enjoyed). The area felt very safe, and super close to some beautiful scenery. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic spot, great hosts!

I came in town for a race in the NRG and this was a great base of operations. Easy access to all the fun stuff the gorge has to offer and exceptionally convenient to the amenities in Fayetteville. The hosts were super accommodating and the house was perfect! 10/10! Highly recommend!

I loved the decor! Very cozy and fun. Host thought of everything possible and then some. Evening front porch sitting was perfect! The walk to dinner was minimal. Love this town!!

Fayetteville visit

The house was delightful with a lot of extras compared to other VRBO properties where I have stayed. Host was very available for any questions that I had. I felt they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I give them an A+.

Great Location

Great location to walk to downtown Fayetteville and only minutes from New River Gorge activities. Space was more than big enough for our family of 4. Communication was great and house was very clean and welcoming.

Place for base jumpers

This spot was perfect! Right by the bridge for family/friends to walk over to, and us to walk back after jumping. Right by good food. Very convenient!

Nice house

Perfect location to enjoy all the amenities of New River Gorge/bridge, within 5 min. to all. House located in town of Fayetteville, cute restaurants to enjoy, sidewalks roll up early though. Kitchen/house well stocked. Bedroom in attic, not really usable for people over 3 feet tall unless you hunch over. Other beds downstairs slept great. Would definitely stay again. Mexican restaurant directly across street is yummy.

We REALLY enjoyed this home. Location, location. Location! Home was very welcoming with room to spread out. I didn't have any younger kids in my group. But I can only imagine how much fun a young group of kids would have had upstairs in the attic bedroom.😁 well stocked with towels and lines and kitchen essentials. Mattresses could use some updating and a little attention to cleaning but i have a feeling that's on the cleaning service and no visitors telling them otherwise! We will DEFINATELY be coming back here if its Available our next visit to New River Gourge.
