"When checking on prices I pushed the wrong button and accidentally reserved the rooms 2 minutes later tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com both said they couldn't do nothing about it that I would still have to pay for it ridiculous"

"House had a cat pee smell. There was not enough toilet paper. Kitchen table was not clean. Kitchen amenities need replaced (pans rusty and scratched, few utensils). Not enough bath towels, and were stained. No dishwasher, I think it mentioned there was one. Bed was comfy. View was nice."
