"Everything was great. My only complaint was there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. There was delicious free coffee in the lobby - which made up for it!"

"This themed hotel is unique. Great staff. Clean comfortable room. Parking is limited and valet only. Breakfast was very adequate. Negatives: Shower has a hole on glass to turn on water to a comfortable temperature. Great thought, but the shower head isn't movable & forceful. Water sprays through to sink area and got my things wet. With no shower door water gets outside shower area. Suggest that needs changing to different Shower head and shower curtain. Restaurant: Asian inspired. No American food. Very expensive menu & drinks.I ordered a drink and it tasted terrible. Should have sent it back."

Location was perfect walking distance to Copley square, Boston commons, public gardens, Boston tea party, freedom trail, Quincy market etc. Staff were helpful; room comfortable, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again. Also literally 1 min to the Citizens Opera House and the Brattle Bookshop. Loved this hotel. Will be staying there again"

"Don’t judge it by the 50’s look. Rooms were comfortable. Looks like inside was recently renovated. Basic hotel/motel super conveniently located near Northeastern campus. Excellent value, especially when I was there during commencement week."

"Some staff at the front desk were helpful, some less so. Hotel layout is very strange and confusing. Rooms were refurbished and a comfortable place to spend a few days though. Closer to the city than I originally thought and downtown was easily accessible by tram."

"I booked this hotel for the Boston Marathon and they had a nice simple breakfast at 5 AM for all of us. Although it was obviously overpriced for the weekend, they allowed me to come back to hotel (I already checked out) after the marathon to take a shower in one of their clean public bathrooms. Very clean and close to race!"

"I am a long time Marriott customer. This hotel is nice and modern but misses on the basics. The size of the room is smaller than an inside cruise ship room. Example you can only access bed from one side. The bed was hard, the pillows were way too thick to sleep on. There was no bed sheet with required you to use the duvet which was way too hot. "
