An unique horrible experience

Had many issues from the start. The hotel went bankrupt and they did not even tell me that they were in the process of closing down. I get to the hotel and they told me that they went under and I needed to get out. Unbelievable, frustrating experience, especially because I had paid in full for 2 rooms.
