Our cabin overlooks part of the Savage Gulf State Natural Area, and it sits on the edge of a bluff which has great 180 degree unobstructed views of the mountains and valley below. It has activities such as a basketball court, pickleball court, and hiking. You’ll love this cabin because of the coziness and how rustic it is. Great for couples, solo adventurers, families (children 2 years or older), and medium size groups.

The views were amazing!! We absolutely loved the deck. We had two families with a total of 10 of us. It was perfect!! We would love to come back again and stay longer. Very cool place.

Family of 5 really enjoyed this rustic cabin. Loves the history displayed throughtout the home. Location was superb with a breath-taking view from the back deck that we spent a lot of time on. We enjoyed watching the bats at night and the sunrise was well worth the early wakeup call! We spent time hiking at Savage Gulf State Park and Fiery Gizzard State Park during our stay which was an easy drive from the cabin. This is not a luxury cabin but sits well with those seeking a stay close with nature! Check in and check out was super easy. Communication was great. Would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

Our family had an amazing stay here! This is a rustic cabin with some of the best views in the Cumberland Mtns that any house on the plateau will have. Living room was cozy with a nice fireplace (we had a fantastic fire!), and the large deck is a wonderful place to spend if you like the out-of-doors. Bedrooms are not luxurious, but we were not expected that and we were ok with that. Beds were comfortable. Our 10 and 12 yo girls loved the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen was adequate. Overall, we had a great time!
