No air-conditioning, which can be a bit painful in hot weather. Heat can easily build up. Also, note that this is an accommodation for international students who stay here for more than a few months, and it is rare to find a guest like me on Expedia who only stays for 3-4 days and uses it like a hotel. "We had a lovely time staying at Hekuran's property. We were staying whilst attending a work conference and the space was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, accessible, and well stocked, with parking easily accessible. Hekuran had even left us a small welcome gift which was perfect for our first night on arrival. The property is near to local shops and is well connected into the city. Would stay here again :)"
