The property was being renovated but the 3rd floor where my room was smelled like a wet cat. I complained upon arrival but was told it was sold out. Strange when there was less than 20 cars in the parking lot. It was very difficult to communicate with staff due to limited English on their part. When I got to the room there was no toilet paper at all called down and they said I could come get some. After waiting at lobby for 10 min one of the two ladies working reluctantly gave me a roll of toilet paper. Later I realized the remote would not work either so I called the desk they said they would come fix it. After 45 min I called again they said they forgot and finally came up with batteries but did not know how to put them in. I figured it out and got TV running. Worst experience ever with a holiday inn express facility

Elevator out of service and not being repaired for another week… TV/cable not working with no one able to fix until the following day. Since elevator was out there wasn’t anyone able to help carry bags up several flights of stairs.

Hotel was fine but we were charged 103.23 for the. Stay it hotel receipt was for 85.68 it would have been cheaper to book with the hotel than with this app. Almost $20 cheaper!

The property was dirty. There was no milk for the complimentary breakfast, there were coffee grinds in my coffee. The television did not work. It was not replaced until the next day. I reserved a room that had 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. They only had standard rooms available. We have stayed there many times, we will not stay there again.

Everything was good. It would’ve been perfect. If the TV would’ve worked it kept on saying no Internet detected so we had to watch TV on our phones.

Across the way is cheaper and nicer-La Quinta
Check in Clerk had horrible customer service and argued back every question asked. Rude and unprofessional. Rooms yes both rooms had exposed wires in close range for a child to mess with and get themselves hurt. Hallway AC did not work, musty, and poor selection for breakfast.

Business trip
This was my fourth stay here and I will return. I stayed in room 100 and it was roomy! Mateo checked me in and he was friendly. Unfortunately they only had left one big towel in the room and I had to ask for another. Mateo quickly brought it to the room! The breakfast was good! Make sure to take a towel to the gym because they didn't have any work out towels in there? Other than that, great stay!
