"Pas très propre, balcon très sale et couvert de fiente d'oiseau. Peu d'équipement (même pas une éponge), un seul rouleau de papier wc. Le lit "gigogne " n'est qu'un canapé convertible pas confortable du tout. Pas de clim. "

"Lovely quiet location close to the sea and Soulac center. We hired bikes, it’s flat with great cycle routes and little traffic."

"The property is large and easily accommodated our party (9 guests) and could have taken more guests too. The outside space was fantastic and all the children loved the pool. The inside dining area was spacious and the kitchens were well stocked. The sleeping accommodation was great - beds were comfortable and to have air conditioning was a real bonus. The location of the property is fantastic with the beach only a few km away. The owner was super helpful and although doesn’t speak English used...

L'une des salles de bain est obsolète ( douche qui fuit dans toute la pièce et meuble vasque désoclé), l'eau était brulante à la douche et peu réglable et les WC de l'étage a un mauvais débit. Meubles et lits anciens, beaucoup de vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine où on s'y perd ! L'entourage de la piscine est dangereux puisque les dalles ont beaucoup bougé et la propriétaire ne retire pas les pointes...

This never happened even after sending 5 emails, direct to the hotel and through this app! I had to get my card issuer involved to resolve this a month on. For this reason I cannot recommend thos hotel."
