"So disappointing!! Booked a King deluxe, got a double full, Mold in the shower, tv broken, no shampoo in shower bottle, trash under bed and behind dresser, leaking bathroom faucet. They manager actually closed that room for repairs it was so bad"

"Clean room and friendly staff. A/C in room didn’t work and neither did coffee machine. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor either"

"Arrived around 2pm attempted to check in and no rooms were available, which is understandable. The they assured rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 4pm. I arrive back at 8pm after the Reds game and my room still wasn't ready and to come back in 10 mins. Once I come back still not ready due to the Manager needs to do the room inspection. I eventually get to check in at 9pm which is unacceptable"

"Very friendly and welcoming staff in all areas from the check in to the restaurant and bar staff. The hotel was very clean and the room was quiet except for some road noise but it wasn't bad at all. Parking in a nearby garage was very convenient and not too expensive. We asked for a couple of things for our room and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were there to attend a family wedding that was held in an event center within walking distance. The hotel location is great as there are restaurants, shops and churches nearby as well as a great walking area by the water and downtown district. Overall an excellent stay! "
