"This is a 3 star Hotel with 5 star services which next time when my husband and I come back to Luodong, Yilan will definitely go back to stay here. The Hotel has transportation to pick you up and drop you off at major train and bus stations. The rooms are very clean and quiet, the views are very beautiful. The breakfast Buffet is very traditionally delicious with Taiwanese and Western styles. You don't need coins to do your laundries in the basement. "

"The bathroom needs a serious update. The bathtub shower head was not working and the whole toilet/shower stall arrangement was awkward. When a person showers, other people were not able to use the toilet. The bathroom is the reason for the two star rating."
