Very satisfied with our stay, travelled with family. We booked a room with washing machine and stove/microwave/fridge. Very convenient location, few mins walk to shopping mall and metro. A lot of food places and convenience stores nearby. Also received nail polish and lashes extension treatment downstairs beauty salon. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed and massive bathroom. Always ordered food delivery and have robots delivered up. Easy communication with staff via WeChat.

I enjoyed being in a Hutong. There are all types of food around us. One main street has local eateries. Longfu bldg has Western style food. The vegetarian Chinese place was excellent. The hotel was a place of respite after being out in the city.

Apartment is located in the hutong close to a main street; not too far from 2 subway stations. Check in went smooth, room was as expected: clean and spacious enough for a family of 3. House keeping did a good job. Small issues were swiftly taken care of. The staff was very welcoming and check in was a breeze; they even gave us a free upgrade. The room was bigger than I was expecting but I love the space. The lobby staff were very nice, so were the cleaning staff. There’s food places in the same building which is very convenient if you wanted a bite. The buffet was also delicious. If I ever come back to Beijing, I will come here again.

Well maintained, modern facilities. The room had everything we needed, including a washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle and even electric stove top (shared cooking utensils downstairs in communal kitchen). Daily room cleaning provided, though we did notice a lot of dust and animal hair in the room some days. Also, the room card was sometimes faulty and wouldn't scan correctly to open our door. Otherwise, no complaints. Desk staff were helpful and there was security 24 hrs.
