Nice stay

Location is in Fengtai District. Not the best district in Beijing, but close to the railway station. Lots of cheap bites close by.

겉은 화려하고 속은 준비되지 않은 호텔

친구 3명이랑 2개의 방에 머물렀어요. 호텔스닷컴 메일로 예약확인이 안 되어서 체크인 때 좀 오래 걸렸습니다. 직원들이 영어가 안 되어 매우 불편했고, 보증금에 대한 얘기 안내 없이 선 지불을 강요받았습니다. 방 1개의 욕실 내 샤워부스 안 벽이 마감재가 떠있고 구멍이 나서 안쪽의 곰팡이가 보이고 냄새가 심했습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 놀라운 건 조식 가격입니다. 1인당 124원이란 가격이 중국 호텔의 조식가격으로는 너무 높아서 이용하지 않았습니다. 화려한 로비, 청결한 복도와 다양한 아케이드는 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 직원들에 대한 교육만 좀 보강된다면 훨씬 더 훌륭한 호텔서비스를 경험할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 아쉬움이 많이 남는 투숙이었습니다.

Das Hotel ist alt wahrscheinlich 70er Jahre. Alle Angaben stimmen nicht. Frühstück ist eine Zumutung.

服務水準仍有相當的差距

因這次差旅路線的安排，第一次嘗試這間hotel。雖然外部的硬件設施看起來富麗堂皇，但軟件服務尚有很大差距和問題：1/ 作為所謂的「五星級酒店」，服務人員在走廊等公共區域遇見客人時，竟然是淡然直視而不主動打招呼，還真是挺令人訝異的！在客房休息，特意打開了「免打擾」提示燈，客房服務人員還會不停敲門。 2/ 客房衛生尚可，但衛生間仍有灰塵和髮絲，我自己把洗面台擦了一遍。毛巾質地老舊。洗澡水會忽冷忽熱，洗澡變得苦不堪言。 3/ 午夜二點多能聽見外面唱歌的聲音，不知是酒店的娛樂場所還是外圍的歌廳，刺耳難聽的噪音嚴重影響睡眠。 以上三點是最不可接受的感受。 酒店給入住的客人每天送一份點心（牛奶、餅乾和水果）是唯一寬慰的亮點吧。 總之，整體感覺很一般，應該不會再入住。

출장이용

로컬수준의 5성급호텔로는 괜찮았습니다. 방은 깔끔한 편이고 66번에서 한국방송도 하나 나옴. 다만 와이파이속도가 별로였어요.
