"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. "The family room we had was superb, it felt quality as soon as we walked in. The pool was good but could do with a few more Sun loungers / deck chairs, less sofa seats as big and bulky. I have to say the pool area was immaculate. The roof top bar we used twice during the day and evening, staff are very helpful and cheerful. The views from both the pool and bar are superb. The reception team are super helpful, informative and really helped to make our stay a memorable one. Breakfast was good, having a chef at front cooking omelettes and eggs to order a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel to all. "
