My two-night stay was extremely disappointing.
When I checked in around 9:00 PM, the room I was given had clearly not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower and visible stains in the living area — conditions I would call unacceptable for any hotel. Since it was late, I decided not to complain and planned to address it the following morning.
Unfortunately, just minutes later, the hotel called to say I had been given the wrong room and moved me to another one. The second room did not even have towels.
The following morning at 7:00 AM, I was woken by another call informing me that I had been assigned the wrong room again, and was asked to pack my belongings and move a third time.
In total, I changed rooms three times during a two-night stay. The filthy initial room, the constant moves, the lack of basic amenities, and being woken early to fix the hotel’s own mistakes made the entire stay extremely frustrating.
I expected a much better level of service and organization. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
