We were visiting from NY and Dubai. The stay here was just amazing. The facilities, cleanliness, and food was really good. What was way beyond good was the people, from the front desk to the staff around the pool and at breakfast. They were all beyond expectations. Amazing visit and would love to come again.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are spacious and clean. The pools, food options are all great. Above all are the friendly and hospitable staff. Every day they put Baklava or fruits in our room. Location is accessible and and can reach or exit through many routes.

My stay at Kempinski Hotel was a complete contrast to my previous experience elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, and organization was noticeable. The internet connection was stable and reliable, which was extremely important for me as I was handling remote work and attending online business meetings during my stay. I was finally able to work comfortably without interruptions or stress. The staff were respectful, attentive, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. The overall atmosphere felt well-managed, calm, and professional, and the facilities were maintained to a much higher standard. After dealing with several inconveniences during my trip, staying here gave me the comfort and reliability I was looking for. I truly appreciated the quality of service and would gladly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Lebanon. The pool area is very nice

I have stayed at this property many times. It is 5 Star service all the way. This property is especially nice in the Summer months with the pool and seaside amenities. We enjoyed our Christmas stay and the Christmas brunch. Staff treat you like royalty and have been consistent in all of our visits to this property.

Staff at the property were amazing. Although everyone was great Elya was the highlight of the property. She was so friendly, helpful, delightful, and so nice to my son. Sarah was also very good and very helpful. Shisha guy down stairs wissam or wassam, always made sure my shisha was perfect. All and all what a great time will be returning again with my family.

I highly recommend anyone looking to relax in the summer time to choose this hotel. The main reason I gave this hotel a 5-star review is due to the staff. By the pool, Nadim was at my side willing to help me with anything I needed, and was friendly and likable. Rima was a great waitress. The dining staff was also excellent, especially Iman and Sybell, the hostess and waitress at their dine-in restaurant. They were very helpful and lovely. I also loved this hotel's facilities and amenities. They have the best shower I ever used.

We have stayed here many times and the amenities and service are top notch. Shout out for both Mohammad’s at lower pool bar. Excellent servers! Chalil is an outstanding bar tender and enjoy knowing he is their upon our return. Also, Hassan and Maher at upper bar. Marcel at front desk. Overall… We always are treated well and feel that Kempinski is our home away from home when visiting Beirut. Shukran for another great sat: Aug 26 thru Sept 6th. Marcus has done a great job managing customer experience as the GM!

Added to our wedding’s magical experience

The stay at Kempinski was nothing short of amazing; we chose this hotel as the wedding night + day stay for our wedding in Lebanon and we were extremely happy with our choice. The staff were super helpful from checkin time, to room service, to laundry service, all the way until check out. During the day we utilized the pool at Kempinski which was a lot of fun, the food at the pool was a real treat after the wedding night AND the team were kind enough to help us stay for a late check-out to catch our flight later. All in all I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future, not only is the standard and service high but I also prefer the area it is located in within Beirut over the other crowded areas, it’s super close to the center (Beirut is pretty compact) so there’s no trade off.
