I’m a regular visitor to Beirut and this is by far the best place I tried. I can’t begin to describe how great it was. Don’t go anywhere else. This is the place to stay when in Beirut. Everything is beyond great, check in, staff, room, cleanliness, location, facilities.

Construction at 7 am & 2 small twin beds.

I had made a booking for 3 adults. When I arrived there were two dorm room sized beds. When I informed front desk about this predicament, they told us that that the only option for a third bed would be a rollaway (which we came to find out comfortably fits a 5 year old child). With no other options available for a real bed, and unable to cancel a non-refundable booking, we took the rollaway. Well after a 20 hour journey to Lebanon we were awakened at 7 AM to construction right next door. And yes, it was the case every morning and even on Saturday. The room is clean and the service was OK. One receptionist spoke english and Wifi was spotty at best. I would definitely check to see if the construction has ended before you book as it seems like a long term project. Next time I'd pick a more central neighborhood. This hotel is also located in an area with heavy traffic all day long. It would take us a minimum of one hour to get in and out of Hamra. The address is also off from what is stated on the web page. It took us at least an hour to find the hotel on our first day. Overall I wouldn't stay there again.

stayed there for 15 days, very comfortable, nice sitting room, nice bedroom, albeit a bit small, and nice bathroom. Location is two blocks from the main Hamra street.
