Fantastic hotel in the heart of Beirut!

This place is gorgeous and in a great location. The room is beautiful and really comfortable. I only stayed one night and didn't try the restaurant but I would definitely stay again.

The only good thing about this hotel was the one of the ladies at the reception, The other 3 were rude and unprofessional. My fridge didn’t work and i asked for help 5 times in 2 days in a 3 night visit u until they fixed it. Well actually they had to replace it because they put one that wasnt working. The staff watched us struggle with our bags and didn’t move a muscle. The shower gel and soap were near empty when i got the room and when i asked they said its fine its not empty yet! Coffee packets were not replaced regurly until you ask. They have a bar and when i asked for a wine opener they said sorry the bar is closed! They dont help in anyway and it was a very bad experience and i will never go back there or recommend it to anyone.
