"The overall experience was good however check in very lengthy since the receptionist was giving a lot of details including restaurant menu to the people in front of me. I was offered a welcome drink which never got since the one I got shortly after I checked in which it was a gin and tonic I ended up paying for it during check out; when I inquired about it in regards to the welcome drink reception said I still had to pay. "Fabulous location, set in vineyards and olive groves. Ended up in one of the suites overlooking the pool, which was wonderful. Restaurant menu was varied and the food was good. Great staff, who also arranged a visit to the Santa Vitoria wine cellars for us."
