"Definitely staying there again in the future."

"I recently stayed for three nights at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Winnipeg Airport, and unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming. The room felt dated and in need of an update. One of the biggest issues was the pillows—they were square rather than standard size and very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Although we booked a suite with a kitchen, it was not properly equipped. There were very limited dishes available—only two small bowls in the cabinet—which made the space impractical to use. Cleanliness was also a concern; for example, the toaster had visible fingerprints and did not appear to have been cleaned. Breakfast was included, which is appreciated, but the selection remained exactly the same each day: eggs, roasted potatoes, pork sausages, cereal, and porridge. While the options were decent, a bit of variety over a three-day stay would have made a difference. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the lack of comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail. With some updates and better upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better experience. "

"There was plenty of parking. I was on the ground floor, so I was able to park outside my room. The outside of the property was very dodgy. Cans, paper, and an empty beer box. Not what you want to see. The reception area was clean and basically welcoming. The staff were pleasant. The room was excellent, clean, and fully equipped: bar fridge, microwave, well-made bed, Good bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The room was very warm, so I turned the thermostat off and opened the patio door for a while. The heating/cooling wall fan ran constantly. After a while, it just became white noise, which was a good thing. That is because the hotel is located on Portage Avenue, perhaps one of the busiest streets in Winnipeg. Transport trucks ran throughout daylight hours, and they were loud, sounding like thunder as they passed. The white noise dulled a lot of that. There was much less traffic at night, so sleeping was not really an issue. The bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was basic. The 'hot' food served was previously frozen and just reheated. The selection was adequate."
