I really liked this resort. The best pool out of every other luxury resort I’ve been to in Antalya. I wish the food options were more different and better quality. I didn’t like any of the non Turkish sweets they gave (ex: the cakes, beautiful pastries, etc. they tasted like nothing)

Beautiful hotel. The staff works very hard to keep everything spotless and provide you with food or drinks. The sunbeds by the pool are very comfortable and there are plenty of seats available. The fitness is well equipped. The spa is also very clean and relaxing. The rooms are very spacious. Overall definitely worth the 5 stars!

A wonderful hotel .. and the rooms are clean and beautiful .. At first we took a room and we did not like the view, and they were very cooperative and gave us a room with the most beautiful view .. The variety of food is nice

Calista is a fantastic resort. From the moment we arrived to departure the service and staff were great, ensuring every request and need was catered to. Our room was large abd spacious and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Food and drink was high quality, premium brands and the sushi restaurant was awesome. Buffet restaurant was one of the best I’ve been to. Lastly the resort entertainment was really good, very impressive production in the evenings and good daytime agenda. Thanks to the Calista team, we hope to be back.

Not worth it

I’m baffled by the 5-star ratings and the 9/10 ranking for this property. The food is nearly identical every day, with only 10-20% variation from breakfast to dinner, and the quality is subpar for the majority of it. While the drinks and service are acceptable, they don’t justify the 600-800 Euros per night price tag. You can easily find better service and quality at other true 5-star resorts.

Good choice of food and facilities but some restaurants were closed, nice beach and beach front bar, very relaxing lobby area, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, the hotel gave discount on restaurant meal with a birthday cake and champagne and discount on Pavilion hire, overall staff were nice but communication were an issue as most didn’t understand English, Spa experience below average, reception staff not helpful at all but guest relation staff made up for it, unfortunately our rooms were dated with mould in the bathroom, we paid for seaview rooms, sea was very far but rooms were just on top of children swimming pool, so couldn’t use the balcony as it was noisy, we asked reception staff to change our rooms but were told fully booked, our rooms were not cleaned at times and only general tidy up done, very late cleaning times, bin was not emptied one day and tissue box not replaced, overall good experience but would not visit again

Over all: Outstanding Experience. * Calista hotel is by far the best 5 starts hotel I have visited in Antalya. * All the hotel facility and amenities are top notch, the services are great, the rooms are big, furnished and decorated very well. * There are tons of daily activities that fits everyone( children, adults, sports/athletics, etc.). I liked the gym and cross fit classes. * The food is amazing and high quality. There’s a wide variety of food made fresh everyday. * The entertainment show at amphitheater is very good, and there’s a different DJ every night at the charm beach club… I liked the daily live music (DJ) at charm club, they play amazing music. * All the hotel crew are polite, nice and very helpful. * A very big and Special (thank you) to the following people: * Guest service and guest relation teams. * Sport Academy: Gulay @ the gym. * Sport Academy: katya, the cross fit training. She’s very professional and prepare/design a different workout program everyday. * Main Restaurant: Chef Mustafa göncü chef, he’s a true gentleman, professional and has a very good attitude. He’s always offers check if I need anything and arrange all my special requests. * Main Restaurant: Chef Hilmi, very polite man that’s always willing to help. * And finally everyone @ Calista hotel that makes our stay is unforgettable!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt im Calista Luxury Resort Wir waren letzte Woche im Calista Luxury Resort und hatten einen rundum perfekten Urlaub! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und während des gesamten Aufenthalts war das Personal unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit – jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Ich war mit zwei Jugendlichen unterwegs, und auch sie haben sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab jeden Tag abwechslungsreiche Sport- und Freizeitangebote, sodass wirklich keine Langeweile aufkam. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – vielseitig, frisch und qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Calista Luxury Resort ist ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt – und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Mit herzlichen Grüßen Familie M.

Bonjour , L’hôtel est top, personnel est serviable , tous le services méritent les 5 étoiles. Petit bémol , la Clim est à fond dans l’hôtel , quand tu rentres de la piscine , pour manger ou pour aller dans ta chambre , il y a un choc thermique , je conseille cet hôtel de revoir ce pont , il faut baisser la température de 5 ou 6 degré par rapport à l’extérieur, c tt

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Alles sehr unaufdringlich und erholsam. Das Essen war fantastisch. Die Pools und der Aqaupark waren super. Die Kinderbetreuung war auch toll.

The hotel needs an update. The staff don’t speak English most of them, but all speaks Russian. The pool is okay, but you need to wake up early to get a spot! The kids pool don’t have a shadow. The food is the same everyday, and it taste like cow! The spa is way too expensive! 160 euro for massage!

Die Beschreibung in Expedia und auf der Webseite entspricht nicht dem was man vor Ort. Es ist kein LUXUS RESORT sondern ein überfülltes Hotel für Familien mit 2 - 3 Kindern. Wenn man ohne Kinder reist sollte man das Hotel auf jeden Fall meiden.Obwohl in der Beschreibung bei EXPEDIA stand dass maximal 3 Personen im Zimmer erlaubt sind, waren bis zu 5 Personen in einem Zimmer. Es ist von morgens bis abends eine ununterbrochene Schreierei. Die Familien sind mit Baggis, Rollern und allen Kindern am Buffet unterwegs. Das Personal im Hotel war dadurch dadurch genervt. Das Essen war kalt. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerde bei GUEST RELATION hat sich nichts geändert. Das Hotel hat es einfach ignoriert. Dieses Hotel bei EXPEDIA als LUXUS RESORT zu beurteilen entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Es ist ein Familienhotel, wo andere Gäste die Leistungen für die Familien zahlen, die von morgens bis abends konsumieren.
