Nice enough, unhelpful staff

Place is pleasant enough, strictly alcohol free, good facilities. Rooms ok, some grubby grouting in the bathroom and the narrowest baths ever but otherwise nice. Hot shower fluctuates in temperature a lot. Staff extremely unhelpful. Every query or issue I had (which were few - wifi doesn't work, can you organise transport to the airport) were met with some hostility and being told to come back another time. The wifi didn't work the entire time I was there and the transport to the airport was 25 minutes late after multiple prompts to the reception staff to ring the driver (which they refused to do initially). Overall not great experience.

Sakin ve huzur dolu bir otel.

Apart sekilde duzenlenmis genis ve ferah odalar agaclar icinde harika sessiz bir tatildi..kesinlikke tekrar gideceğiz yemek kalitesi ortala.m.aydi fakat fiyata göre otel hizmeti iyiydi.

Öncelikli olarak otelin konumu ve konfor çok iyi yerde doğayla huzur içindesiniz Otelin yemek ve aktiviteleri sıfır ki diğer yorumlara ve puanlamara bakarsanız anlarsınız. Sizin için yemek ve aktivite önemli değilse güzel :) ben şahsen bir daha gitmem hiç memnun kalmadım.

Yerleşim olarak iyi olmasına rağmen yemeklerin berbat olması, kaliteli ve yeterli aktivite olmaması, diskonun olmaması, denize uzak olması, denizinin kötü olması, içerideki marketin 9 liralık sigarayı 18 liraya satmaya çalışması gibi abuk subuk şeylerden dolayı rezil bir tatil geçirmenize neden olabilir. Çalışanlar amatör, asık suratlı.

Hotel mit gutem Preisleistungverhältnis

Ich war nur 4 Nächte dort,habe 4x Frühstück ( Omlett und Spiegelei ungeniiesbar) brauchbar und 4x Abendessen zu mir genommen..Nur eins der Abendessen war geschmacklich gut,der Rest sehr mäßig,allerdings soll das Salatbüfett ok sein,aber ich esse keinen Salat.Ein Getränk außerhalb der Essenszeit zu erhalten,war mir nicht möglich.Da das Zimmer sehr schön groß war,allerdings leichter Schimmelbefall im Duschbad und ein durchgehend klebriger Couchtisch,habe ich das Hotel als ok beurteilt,da man bei einem Einzelzimmerpreis von 29.- Euro nicht zuviel erwarten kann.Allerdings nur RTL als einziges deutsches Fernsehprogramm ist zu wenig,wenn es abends keine Bar oder ähnliches als Abwechslung gibt.Das Umfeld des Hotels ist ungepflegt und keinerlei andere Gastronomie.

Leuk concept met huisjes die ze verdeeld hebben in kleine appartementjes, 2 slaapkamers, badkamer en balcon. Als je een ouder stel bent kun je het beter niet doen of zorgen dat je niet bij het grote zwembad geplaatst word. Daar is sávonds de disco!!

A pleasant, affordable stay

It was a nice stay, and the room was quite spacious with a living room with a big bed and an adjacent room with 2 beds. It would be great for a family or a group of friends to come together. Considering that this was an all-inclusive hotel, the price was also quite reasonable. It is helpful that they have a shuttle bus to the beach every 15 minutes.

Amazing holiday

Hotel, food, location etc was amazing, only thing that let the holiday down was lack of lack of maid service room wasn't really cleaned once whilst we was there. I would suggest like we did to upgrade your room when booking as facilities was amazing! Straight out of the door into the pool too!

Daha onceki yorumlari okudukdan sonra tedirgin gittim ancak gerek tatil koyunun buyuklugu gerek personelin ilgili gerek konfor acisindan cok memnun kaldim. Odalar buyuk konforlu havuz sayisi yeterli sessiz yetiskin havuzlari ve aktivitelerin oldugu buyuk havuz oldukca iyi bir tatil gecirmemizi sagladi.

Huokea hotelli Belekissä.

9 päivän perheloma kesäkuussa. Hotelli rankkaa itsensä 5 tähteen, mutta todellisuudessa jää hyvin kauas siitä. Hotellilla paljon pieniä puutteita, mutta huokea all inclusive hinta antaa myös paljon anteeksi. Hotellin suurin asiakaskunta koostuu venäläisistä joka tuo hotellielämään mielenkiintoisen vivahteen. Matkailu avartaa. Pienten yksityiskohtien, kuten yleisen siisteyden, henkilökunnan ammattitaidon ja viimeistelyn puute jättää hotellin tähdet maksimissaan neljään. Mikäli Belek kiinnostaa, suosittelen valitsemaan hivenen kalliiman all inclusive hotellin esim. Regnumin, Belek on paikana sen verran pieni, että hotellilla pitää viihtyä, mikäli ei ole innokas golfin pelaaja.Plussaksi hotellille pitää nostaa oma rantakuljetus sekä ravintola rannalla. Hotelli sopii hyvin lapsiperheille, kaikille löytyy sopivat altaat liukumäkineen, sekä rauhallisemmat altaat huoneistojen edestä sekä joen rannalta. Low budget, 4 star, nice price holiday for families. Not a premium hotel.
