Everything is wonderful. Many staffs clean the table, maintain the facilities, and they are really friendly. Kids likes "Kids Club", swimming pool, beach, and night show. Restaurant is also great. This is one of the best hotel resort which we have experienced.

Otel idarecilerinin duyarsızlığı.....

Konaklamamız güzeldi. Taki torunum havuzda Kaza geçirene dek. Havuz merdivenlerinin basamak kenar köşelerinde çok kesici olması ile torunum Sudan çıkarken basamaklara yüzü vuruyor. On oniki santimlik anlında çok derin bir açılma oldu. Hemen Sudan çıkarıp kan revan içinde revire götürdük. Revirde doktor olmadığından hemşire tampon yapıp dikiş atılmasını çok acil olduğunu bildirdi. Fakat biz otelin bir misafiri olarak hiç bir yeri bilmediğimiz için hastanenin nerede nasıl gidileceğini de bilmiyorduk. Bize ne bir ambulans nede bir araç verildi. Kendi aracımızı olup olmadığı soruldu. Kendi aracımızla gitmemiz önerildi. Çünkü otel bölgelerine Ambulans verilmiyormuş dendi. Yanımıza otel çalışanlarından da bir görevli veremiyeceklerini bildirip bizde çaresiz bir şekilde hastane arayıp torunumu yola çıkardık. Torunum kan revan içinde hastanede operasyon yapılıp, oniki dikiş atıldı. Yani otel idarecileri çok duyarsız. Tek şikayetimiz bu. Allah korusun misafirlerden yada çalışanlardan başka bir yaralanma yada kalp krizi geçiren olsa sonu ne olur.

Negatives: Spa Bereich Hamam und Indoorpool konnte nicht benutzt werden aus diversen Gründen. Kein Verständnis dafür. Ala Carte Restaurants konnte trotz 1 Woche Aufenthalt nicht gebucht werden. Weder Online noch durch das Gäste Management, welche uns immer hingehalten hat(Nina).Nicht kompetent. Getränke katastrophal. Geschirr nicht immer sauber. Duschen kam sehr wenig Wasser war eine Qual. Pool und Strand kaum Plätze da jeder schon in der früh die Liegen mit Handtücher besetzt, aber selber kaum anwesend. Unverschämt und Egoistisch. Positives: Die Mitarbeiter waren generell sehr aufmerksam insbesondere Emre und Batuhan von der Beachbar. Meer und Strand Anlage sauber. In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel keine 5 Sterne. 4 Sterne ausreichend.

Tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel 🙏

Personelin mükemmel ilgisi, odaların ve çevrenin temizliği, yemeklerin çeşitliliği ve lezzeti, hayvan dostu otel olması ve müşterilerin memnuniyeti kısaca her şey mükemmeldi. Tek şikayetçi olduğumuz nokta game center işletmecileri. Bilardo oynamak istedik ücretini ödedik fakat bilardo masasından tutun etrafının hijyeni ve düzeni iğrençti. Oyunu oynamadan yarıda bırakmak zorunda kalıp şikayetimizi belirttik ancak işletmecinin hatasız olduğunu ve bizim mükemmeli aradığımızı ve abarttığımızı söylemesi üzücüydü. Çünkü gün boyu masada duran kirli bardaklar, sandalyede ve kirli bardaklarda birikmiş ölü sinekler, toplar ve bilardo sopalarının dokunulamayacak kadar kirli olması otel konseptine ve mükemmelliğine leke düşürdü.

Very nice hotel

Limak arcadia is amazing hotel lovely food nice staff happy and friendly very helpful. I eat gluten free food they help me what to eat and specially cooked for me. On reception very helpful a lady Tamara helped me very nicely all the time, hotel is very big and around the hotel you can walk all day belek center is 10 minutes walk i had a great holiday and i will come back

The room we have been provided previously is not what we are expecting because it is in the ground floor. Then we asked to change the room and it is arranged since the second day. Thanks a lot for the flexibility and the friendly service. It was a wonderful stay. My son was crying when we are leaving and he is really missing his cats friends there.

Sehr schlechter service ! Absolutes no go - miatarbeiter sind einfach in unser zimmer gekommen während ich nit meiner familie am schlafen war , umd vieles andere wie Klima funktioniert nicht trotz beschwerde und angeblicher Reparatur. Die luste ist sehr lang - für angebliche 5 sterne eine erbärmliche location! Beschwerde im hotel brachte nicht viel , im Gegenteil ich wurde als lügner bezichtigt.

The resort's location and nature is amazing but it clearly is begging for renovation, better maintenance and the facilities need to be kept up in better condition... rooms are worn out... towels and blankets are over-used.. furniture needs changing big time.. the animation and entertainment team is amazing... food is average..

Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Essen ist außergewöhnlich vielseitig, also für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Geschmacklich hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung, wobei uns die abendliche Vorführungen gefallen hat. Strand ist sauber und Meer war angenehm. Fitnessstudio hat ausreichend viele Geräte mit Freihandeln. Das einzige was hier zu bemängeln sind die kleinen Einwegplastikbecher. Umweltschutz geht anders. Internet ist leider schwach und langsam aber das war mir nicht so wichtig.

Ein Super Hotel. Sehr sauber, ordentlich. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Auswahl an Essen war super . Werden auf jeden Fall nochmal unseren nächsten Urlaub da machen.
