Room had mold in it, shower head exploded when turned on almost hit my husband in the head. Staff was nice offered to put showerhead back & said they would get the mold clean. property on the outside is decent

Hotel Murano
They seemed to be having a staffing issue when we were there. Check in and service at the bar were painfully slow. The staff was friendly despite this. Location is good as it’s close to many downtown attractions and restaurants.

Wonderful stay again! Super clean, comfy and restful as always.The hosts were very quick to reply to messages and improved the property even more than the last time we stayed. Absolutely beautiful place and amazing time had, will definitely stay again in the future.
