Modern room

It was a modern, neat, and clean room. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The space around the basin had enough room to store toiletries.

The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a 1 night stay en route to Switzerland and expected something similar to a UK Premier Inn so were pleasantly surprised by both the complimentary sparkling wine and the restaurant. While the latter wasn't fine dining it was, in my opinion, better than similar chain restaurants attached to hotels. It was a warm evening and we enjoyed our food in the very attractive outdoor dining area. Parking was free, plentiful and easy to access (no complicated and narrow underground garage to navigate). The spa looked nice but was unfortunately closed by the time we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful and provided a map of Belfort centre which was about 5-10 mins walk from the hotel - a pretty small town worth a visit if you're in the area. Breakfast was a bit odd. The food available was fine but some items had run out. It was arranged rather inconveniently too - for example bread was on one side of the room and butter on the other. Not a major issue though and wouldn't prevent me recommending this hotel.

Super Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Personal war sehr nett. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Hof. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, uns aber etwas für die Weiterfahrt beim Bäcker nebenan geholt.

Chambre bien mais petit déjeuner à éviter

La chambre était très bien, la salle de bain aussi malgré l’absence de crochets pour les serviettes ; j’ai utilisé le montant du miroir et le sèche cheveux ! Le point négatif était le petit déjeuner : fruits pourris (sauf dimanche), crêpes et viennoiseries industrielles mal cuites etc. Indigne d’un 4étoiles. Dommage

Hotel moderne et bien entretenu à la décoration chaleureuse . Réceptionniste particulièrement agréable et sympathique . Gute Lage

Zentrale Lage, grosser Parkplatz, nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers war leider ungenügend. Die Fugen waren stark mit schwarzem Schimmel befallen und die Ecken der Dusche mit rotem Schimmel bedeckt.
