Cocoonr offers you this charming 25 m² air-conditioned house in the heart of an olive grove in Belgentier, with a view of the hill. It can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), a garden and a private terrace. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with sofa bed, Fire TV (access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, Airfryer Ninja, toaster, hob, etc.

- Bathroom with shower and WC

Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan.

Outside:
At the rear of the property, in the hill, you will have a flat area not overlooked, under the pines, of approximately 100m2, fitted out with a private wooden terrace of 18 m², facing south and with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
There is also a reserved parking space on the 5,000 m² property, which is fully enclosed and surrounded by olive trees.
- A shared, unheated 4mx8m swimming pool, open 9am to 8pm in high season, 9am to 8pm in low season.

The house is ideally located in Belgentier, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
