There are 8 bedrooms with a mix of 4 king on-suites and 4 queen bedrooms with lake views. 42 Cole has 8 bathrooms including a laundry room. The first-floor open floor plan with unprecedented views of the lake is breathtaking. The pine slab dining table seats 14, supported by a fully stocked kitchen. On the lakeside is a full-length screen porch for lake views and relaxing. The waterfront offers 2 docks one for boats and one large dock to relax on. For your water activates there is a mooring for your boat, swim raft, 5 kayaks, 3 kids kayaks, floats and more. If you are off the lake the property boasts a nice fire pit and corn hole. Not to forget the other lawn games on site from croquet to badminton.
