Great location… overall OK

Great location. The hotel itself is kind of dated and has no lift… but overall a good place to stay for a few nights.

Något slitet o lyhört pga nattlivet i närheten. Men otroligt centralt och tillgänglig personal/service 24/7. Väldigt trevlig frukost servitör och fräsch/tillagad frukost.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitengasse in der Altstadt von Belgrad, ist dadurch gut mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar. Der Zustand des Hotels ist sehr gut und auf dem Zimmer fehlt nichts, selbst eine kleine MiniBar gibt es. Auch das Frühstück ist inklusive, man darf von allen Gerichten auf der Karte zwei aussuchen. Einziger negativer Punkt ist die Lautstärke. Durch die Klimageneratoren ist es -selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster- sehr laut auf dem Zimmer gewesen. Hinzu kommt, dass im angrenzenden Restaurant bis spät in die Nacht Musikauftritte sind. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel wieder wählen.

God service totalt sett men med en uhøflig ansatt

Litt uvant å ikke ha frokost buffet. Man kan velge to opsjoner. Dersom man er er par, så kan man evtl bestille flere ting og så dele, men det tar minst ett frokost å finne ut av ting. Servitøren/kellneren vi hadde de første dagene, var topp! Og han forklarte at vi kunne bestille mer, da bare betale ekstra. Han som jobbet under frokosten søndagen ved avreise var dog det mest uhøflige menneske jeg noensinne har sett jobbe i et rent serviceyrke. Han var tydelig oppgitt når vi faktisk nå ønsket å betale for 1 opsjon ekstra, så sier han i meget oppgitt tone at det kun er mulig med 2, jeg prøver å si at kelneren hadde forklart oss at vi kan betale ekstra, så sukker han og himler med øyne og går!!! Han kommer så tilbake, vi velger to opsjoner og sier «siden dette er mer enkelt for dere», han snur seg uten et videre ord og vi ventet såpass lenge på servering at vi ikke var sikre på at han faktisk gjorde noe med vår bestilling. Helt ufattelig. Resten av hotellets ansatte var ubeskrivelig hyggelige (spesielt damen som gjorde innsjekk!!) og det var flott med uteplassen i bakgården.

Tolle Lage! Schwer zu finden in einer Seitengasse. Zimmer und Hotel an sich okay. Frühstück war sehr gut a la carte. Und war es insgesamt etwas zu laut in der Umgebung.

There are only two great things about this hotel: First is that it’s situated right on the pedestrian area, very close to the city center. And the second is that they employ very frendly staff. On the other hand, I got an extremelly small superior room with an minuscule bathroom with no place for keeping the toothpaste and deo bag. I had to put it in the room. There is no temperature adjustment system in the room meaning. I put the air conditioning on 30 degrees, let it for two hours with no effect. The pillows are very big and uncorfortable, made out of old fashioned, cheap sponge. The matress is the same with humps allover. Breakfast good, but it is a la carte and starts at 7:00, bringing another 15 minutes delay to your start of the day. No DND sign to put on the door - meaning I was waken up after a full night work when trying to take a nap. If you choose to stay over the weekend and would like to sleep, forget about it! They have some local parties with loud music until 1am. Definitely no 4 stars hotel (maximum 3). Accommodation cost is similar to Radisson.

Know before you book

I think the hotel gets superb rating because it is different from any we have stayed in our 27-day trip of Eastern Europe. It is on a historical ("Bohemian") street that is on tour agendas. What makes it unique may or may not work for all. The superior room we had booked had a small sitting room on one floor, and a sleeping bed on the upper floor with a staircase that is dangerous-to-climb in the night. You are sleeping in an attic in which a full-size bed could scarcely fit. We din't find the room comfortable or attractive. Another room we were shown was tiny, although everything was on a single level. The hotel is in a pedestrian-only street and you have to drag your suitcases from where you get off from a cab. Tour operators don't come there to pick-you up. There is no elevator and you may have to carry the suitcases to the upper floors yourselves. On the positive side: the front desk ladies were helpful. The breakfast was good and the single man who took our orders (no buffet) was very pleasant, efficient, and attentive. Their own restaurant next door serves outstanding food at reasonable prices. The chef is renowned. The central Republic Square is within the walking distance.

Utmerket beliggenhet, fantastisk service!

Sentral beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen, og fantastiske medarbeidere som gjorde alt for at gjestene skulle trives. Lite og hyggelig hotell. Herlig frokost servert i trivelig hage. Vil definitivt bo her ved neste anledning.

The staff in this hotel were excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was very central though I would not hang around the street it is on. This is only because I personally I thought it was too touristy, but is still a great and place to be near. I was unhappy about the late night music which happened just one night, but I should have expected it given its location

Schöne Zimmer und guter Service

Schönes klienes Hotel in der Ausgehstraße. Ansprechende saubere Zimmer. Gutes Restaurant im gleichen Haus. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Speziell Marija an der Rezeption verdient Erwähnung für ihren aussergewöhnlichen Einnsatz bei nicht vom Hotel verschuldeten Problemen.

Perfect location, great breakfast, friendly staff

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. It is located in the bohemian quarter on a pedestrianised street. There is a great buzz, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the locality. It is very central and you can walk to everywhere. The hotel is inexpensive. The breakfast was first class. In good weather it is served in a lovely courtyard. There is table service and your choice is freshly cooked. The hotel is small and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant fronting on to the street. The rooms are fine. The beds are comfortable. However, the hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear. The stairs carpet is rather worn. A shelf was missing in the bathroom and a number of fixtures were loose. The television didn't work. It would not take a lot to upgrade the rooms. Overall, a lovely hotel in a great location. Inexpensive, great breakfast and lovely staff. Despite my remarks on the general maintenance, I would have no hesitation in staying here in the future

Har svårt att se att någon kan bli besviken...

Ligger i ett fantastiskt område av Belgrad med livligt uteliv hotellet blir som en lugn oas med sin uteplats i gränden och en vinbar som är fantastisk, men som folk verkade ha svårt att hitta till...frukosten var ingen buffe men utbudet i menyn räcker långt med stora portioner i de 3 val som ingår förutom kaffe och juice.. litet hotell, förhållandevis vilket ger en gemytlig personlig prägel.
