Nice Hotel in a remarkable area. The staff were very helpful at all times. Hotel is on a bustling pedestrianised street with a lot of restaurants which was at times a little noisy at night.

The location is absolutely amazing — 10/10. You Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop. We stayed in a room with a hot tub, but there wasn’t enough hot water to use it properly. The breakfast was okay — buffet on the first day, then a basic set plate the next - not what you would expect when you book a hotel with breakfast. Cleanliness could be better; the carpet and walls were dirty and need refreshing. The biggest problem was noise. There’s bar that belongs to the hotel and even shares a corridor with the rooms. During a private party, they kept the door propped open with a door stopper, blasting music until 3 AM. When I closed it, the staff opened it again, and the receptionist argued that I wasn’t allowed to shut it. It honestly felt like trying to sleep inside a nightclub. Considering the price — which is quite high compared to other places in Serbia — the experience was disappointing. The hotel really needs to decide whether it wants to be a place for rest or a late-night party venue, because both at once just don’t work.

Great location! Easily walkable to Skadarlija and Knez Mihailova. Staff are very friendly - we received early check in and a room upgrade upon arrival :) The room conditions could have been better, as the faucet head was loose and some carpet stains and exposed wires could be seen. Overall a pleasant place to stay for price and location.

Price-performance.

Very nice location, 7-8 mins to republic square. And kind reception. Live music continues up to 2-3am,if you’re sound sensitive, no chance to sleep in the room.

Nice centrally located hotel

The staff were very helpful and accomplished - how the room was very light (day and night) the curtains were paper thin letting in the street lights. It was impossible to get cold water from the taps and there was constant building work taking place. However the hotel was in a great location.

Some renovations clearly going on. Panels of wood left in the hallway and loose wires in the bedroom. Mattress was very hard and cheap. It's Trevlodge quality for anyone in the UK. Great location and friendly staff. Once the renovations are hopefully finished it would be a perfectly acceptable cheap stay. Don't let some of the picymake you think this is a luxury hotel.

nice location. Very friendly reception. Also had a fridge in the room. wifi was always stable. can recommend. room 4th floor had limited windows, so good air exchange was only possible by using the air conditioning. also there was quite often bad smell in the bathroom, probably due to lack of siphon/odor in the shower.

Nice hotel!

Location is great, very close to tourist attractions. Staff is very friendly och helpful and speak very good English. Breakfast is okay. I wasn’t disturbed by noise from outside, but the noise from other guests woke me up early in the morning. You can hear guests coming and going in the hallway and talking in the reception very clearly. Room was nice and clean. The bed was a bit too hard. The lighting was good and there was plenty of space to keep toiletries in the bathroom.

Hotel is undergoing some room renovations at the moment (June 24). However didn’t notice any associated noise. Rooms are fairly basic, but clean and functional. It’s in a great location, near bars, shops and restaurants. Taxi from the airport was approx £20 or €22. Don’t fall for the touts at the airport, there is a taxi booth that arranges fixed prices. The touts were quoting €90. So beware.

Great location is the heart of bustling Belgrade. If you want some fun nights out, it’s the place to go. Recent refurb and it looks like they are still ironing out issues like lack of WiFi (at least on floor 4). Curtains in our room would not close. Poor design -see pic. Staff looked overwhelmed on a busy evening. Room was modern and bed very comfortable. Interesting layout, see other pic. Overall, if you’re after some fun times in Belgrade, give it a go. I’m sure they’ll address the few issues we had in time. Value was good after all.
Bend in rail would not allow curtains to close. Take a hair lip!

The no elevator situation is a real inconvenience. The bathroom had an undesirable odor that wouldn’t dissipate and they had no way to address. The staff were nice and the room was roomy but did not have room darkening shades

Good location but rooms should be improved.

Hotel has a great location, literally one minute away from good restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful. Room decoration is also cute. For the price/performance point of perspective it's a good hotel but needs minor improvements. Negatives: - Bed matress is so hard. I know it's a personal preference thing but it's really hard. Don't try to jump onto bed :) - Hotel does not have a central heating system so you have to rely on your air conditioning which was not working properly in our room. It was noisy and not heating at all. In Serbia winter you'll need that AC believe me :) - Room telephone rang 4-5 times on our first night and woke us up. - Bathroom grout turned brown in shower cabin.
